Karim Daoud is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Entertainment and Media practice in the Middle East.
He has more than 25 years of consulting and P&L management experience in the digital, media, and publishing industries across the Middle East.
Karim’s main areas of expertise include vision and strategy formulation, strategic planning, digital transformation, post-merger integration, partnership and JV development, public–private partnerships, institution building, change management, and new business/product development.
Prior to joining Strategy&, Karim held several managerial roles in businesses operating at the intersection of media and technology: He set up Intigral, a triple-play platform that delivers unique content experiences (on web, mobile, and TV); and for Pearson’s, a global leader in education content publishing, he helped accelerate its regional shift to digital education services. In his last role before returning to Strategy&, he managed the post-merger integration of Webedia Arabia, a digital entertainment platform targeting Arab digital audiences on web and social media in the areas of comedy, lifestyle, and gaming/eSports.
Karim holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris.
